A person does not need to know HTML (Hyper Text Markup Language) or any other programming languages to design web pages using these tools. Many people utilize these tools to promote their business or other causes easily on the web world. A lot of web development tools and platforms like LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP) are available free of cost to the public for development of web sites.
