With the current rate of economical and political confusion and the high speeds of change and doubt there is need to instill leadership qualities to everyone no matter the level of a job you have or the status you hold in any organization. It is in this regard that Dr. Stephen R. Covey came up with the 7 Habits Mastery Series for all. After completing the seven series it is now possible to go deeper in learning more habits that change an individual's life greatly.

Whether you a factory laborer, low level manager, chief executive officer, a cleaner or in any other type of job, according to Dr. Stephen R. Covey you can be a leader in a very special way. You choose to be a leader and no one will make you a leader. Your position in the job you are doing does not matter but the choice you make to be a leader.

When you become a leader as specified by Dr. Stephen R. Covey in the 7 Habits Mastery Series, you will be able to know how to deal with your daily challenges. With knowing how to go about this, overcoming the things disturbing you on a daily basis will be a thing of the past. The challenges will find you tough and above them as you become the one to teach others on how to deal with similar challenges in the future.

When you become a leader at any level or job you will prove to be potential and become more creative than before. Becoming more creative brings about more intelligence hence leading others to discover their full potential and discovering their talents.

Another habit is to concentrate on the things that are important. With this there is no need to do or think about things that are less important in life. If for example the job is the most important thing in someone's life it's better to think about the job only and forget about other things that might appear to be better than the job and yet they are of less importance in life.

To test whether you are succeeding, get to learn more about how other people are going about their business. Get to know their priorities even if different from yours, and find out about their success or failures. See whether the other people's priorities are working well and if they are good keep those good priorities as your other option in case your best priority fails.

The ability to improve in discipline and becoming more eager to know more will improve a person greatly. Having a good vision in life and being principled will lead you to attaining the goals of the vision in the shortest time possible. Without good discipline and better principles a person ends up losing focus and failing to meet the goals in life.

By use of the four roles of leadership Dr. Stephen R. Covey says that you will lead others in a successful way especially in difficult times that requires proper leadership. He also says that for you to live with change and make positive changes then you must have unchanged principles.
